Trade show will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center - North Halls. Set-Up
Friday, August 14: Targeted move-in for large island booths and vehicles. Schedule through Tradeshow Logistics.
Saturday, August 15: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM General Move-in begins
Sunday, August 16: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Booths must be show ready by 1:00 PM for inspection prior to the Sunday Welcome Reception taking place in the Exhibit Hall from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Monday, August 17: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM (3.5 Hours)
Tuesday, August 18: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM 11:45 AM - 3:00 PM (3.25 Hours)
Wednesday: August 19: 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM (2.5 Hours)
Lunch served on show floor from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM (Wednesday Only!)
Total Exclusive Hours: 10 Hours & 45 Minutes

Exhibitor Kit
Is now available! If you are an existing exhibitor, you should have received log-in instructions and a password. These were e-mailed on May 19th. If you can not locate this message, please e-mail me and I will re-send the information. No physical exhibitor manuals will be sent. Registering Booth Staff
Registering of booth personnel is open and can be accessed through the Exhibitor Service Center. Once you log-in, click on "Exhibitor Staff Registration".
You can register as many people as you need to work your booth. Anyone registered as an exhibitor can access that hall during the set-up, show time and tear down schedule. You are also allowed into our regular track sessions, SuperSessions, Sunday Night Attendee Welcome Reception and other non-ticketed events. You will also get two (2) attendee bags per 10x10.
Due to the variety of activities that Las Vegas has to offer - there will be no Tuesday Night Event in 2009. As an exhibitor, you will be allowed to host your own event on Monday and/or Tuesday evening. Expo Passes
All exhibitors will receive ten (10) Expo Passes per 10x10. These passes allow the receipient access to the Exhibit Hall during show hours. Please distribute to your best clients and leads. These passes should not be used for your employees and/or booth workers. Expo Passes will be mailed to all exhibitors by late June/early July.
Something New & Different!
We will be using the "You Are Here" interactive maps this year so attendees can easily find what they are looking for. What's even better is that you can get an enhanced listing that will draw attention to your company even if you have the smallest booth at the back of the floor!
